Vladimir is a Cisco international instructor since 2011, participant of TEMPUS-1-2011-BE-Tempus-jPHES ,,Building Capacity for University-Enterprise Partnerships Towards Competency Based Training in Armenia, Georgia and Ukraine, manager of the project Developmentof E-learning Coursein IT- Millennium Challenge Account-Georgia.
