BTU Library is creating a modern academic ecosystem where traditional library services, artificial intelligence, and international academic resources are integrated to enhance knowledge discovery, improve research quality, and foster innovation.
Research Intelligence is one of the key strategic directions of the BTU Library. Its objective is to leverage artificial intelligence to enable users to discover information more efficiently, plan research more effectively, receive personalized support, and generate new knowledge.
In line with BTU’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Development Strategy, the University Library is progressively introducing AI-driven library services that combine advanced technologies, academic resources, and professional library support. This initiative is based on the Research Intelligence concept, which aims to strengthen teaching, research, and knowledge creation through the application of artificial intelligence.
AI-based BTU Science Audit
The Library already offers the AI-based BTU Science Audit, an intelligent research assistant that supports users in identifying relevant scientific literature, refining research topics, selecting keywords, effectively utilizing international academic databases, improving academic writing, and managing citations.
Institutional Repository Intelligence
BTU is currently implementing the Institutional Repository Intelligence system, which introduces AI-powered intelligent search capabilities within the University’s Institutional Repository. This service facilitates the discovery and use of BTU’s scientific papers, research outputs, theses, and academic publications.

Since 2022, the BTU library has been a member of the International Association of Libraries.

Activities carried out within the library
Panel discussions, presentations of the latest business and fiction books, plagiarism, use of electronic
databases and Citation Index trainings, digital literacy, robotics, fun astronomy, entrepreneurship, Safe
Internet Day, and other workshops for parents and children.
