The Tech Women Community in Georgia is dedicated to empowering Georgian girls and women in the ICT sector by providing skills development, networking opportunities, and career growth support. Our mission is to increase women’s representation and inclusion in the tech industry, fostering a more diverse and innovative ecosystem.
Target audience of the initiative is women and girls who are currently working in or are interested in ICT and are aged 18 and above
Membership in the Tech Women Community is payment-based. However, a limited number of applicants will be granted a fee waiver, if they submit in an application their financial situation, career goals, and how the membership will support their professional growth.
Throughout the implementation period the following activities will be offered for the community members:
- Tech Talks, Success and Failure Stories
- IT companies, Startups and Women Networking Events
- Upskilling and Reskilling Initiatives for Projects Alumni and Members of Community
- Ideathons and Hackathons
- Entrepreneurship Modules, Crash Accelerator Courses, Pitching Trainings, Fundraising Sessions, Business Plan Writing Courses, etc.
- Mental and Physical Wellbeing Sessions: Stress Management, Mindfulness, Time Management, Nutrition Awareness, Positive Parenting Training, etc.
- Special Offer for Women Startups and Entrepreneurs for Radio City D block Workspaces
- Member Only Keynote Speakers
