Nino Tchedia
Associate Professor Nino Tchedia holds a master’s degree in Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of Oxford, Said Business School. She holds a Master’s degree in finance from the Caucasus University, a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, as well as information systems and economics. She studied management at one of the prestigious business schools in Central Europe – IEDC-Bled School of Management in Slovenia. She is the president of the alumni club of the same school in Georgia. Nino Tchedia is a member of the Oxford University Business Alumni Club and a member of the Oxford and Georgia Association.
Nino Tchedia has been teaching for more than 10 years in various business schools in Georgia and abroad. She leads a number of author training programs in Georgia and, at the same time, is the founder of the Global Youth Development Center, leadership Hub.
Nino Tchedia is a member of the Academic Council of the University of Business and Technology. With 20 years of experience working in advanced positions in the financial sector (banking, insurance, fintech), she is currently the Director General of United Payment Georgia, a company within the United Payment group, the largest international fintech company.
Nino Tchedia’s research is related to the use of financial technologies, in particular, the digitization of cash in Georgia using innovative fintech payments, which aims to investigate the current problems, challenges and the impact that the approach will bring to retail businesses in Georgia.
