For the first time, the qualifying stage of the Adobe World Championship will be held in Georgia.

For the first time, the qualifying stage of the Adobe World Championship will be held in Georgia.

Under the organization of IT Academy STEP and BTU University of Business and Technology, a qualifying competition for the Adobe World Championship will be held in Georgia.

The World Championship of Adobe Certified Professionals will be held in the summer in USA, namely in Florida, and the winners of the Georgian Championship will take part in it. Designers from different countries of the world participate in this championship.

The Adobe Certified Professional World Championship is a global competition organized annually by Certiport. The purpose of the world championship is to showcase professionals who know Adobe programs and to identify the next generation of designers. The World Championship will be held from July 30 to August 2, 2023, in the city of Orlando, Florida, USA. All regional champions from different countries of the world, including Georgia, will gather to determine the world champion.

Participants will use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, or a combination of their choice, to complete the assignment.

Persons between the ages of 13 and 23, interested in design, who pass any of the certification exams listed below by May 12, 2023, can participate:

Adobe Certified Professional Visual Communication – using Adobe Photoshop;
Adobe Certified Professional in Graphic Design & Illustration – using Adobe Illustrator.

Winners will be awarded championship medals and certificates, as well as cash prizes:

1st place – 8000 USD,

2nd place 4000 USD,

III place 2000 USD.
