The purpose of the Human Resources Management Service is to ensure the practical implementation and realization of the management of academic, administrative and support staff and personnel policy of the Business and Technology University in compliance with the norms of Georgian labor legislation to organize, manage, coordinate and control. The Service is managed by the Head of the Service, who together with his subordinates ensures the control over the implementation of the internal regulations and observance of labor discipline in the BTU and the fulfillment of other obligations under the Service Regulation within the scope of competence.

The purpose of the Legal Service is to provide legal support to BTU’s activities, in particular to protect BTU’s legitimate interests; Legal support for the implementation of BTU goals and the smooth functioning of BTU through legal mechanisms. The Service is headed by the Head of the Service, who, together with his subordinates, prepares internal administrative acts, examines issues of disciplinary liability, legally regulates and ensures the compliance of the decisions made in the BTU with the current legislation of Georgia. It also concludes contracts, memoranda, agreements and others of BTU in compliance with the current legislation on the basis of their legal expertise. The Service will examine the statements, complaints and grievances of BTU staff, students, other individuals and legal entities, incoming and outgoing correspondence, orders and decrees issued at BTU that require legal review.
The purpose of the Infrastructure Management Service is to ensure the observance of safety, security and sanitary norms of BTU buildings, surrounding area, inventory and equipment and operation rules. These include daily, in the initial period of operation, intermediate and seasonal control, repair and preventive work.
The service is led by the head of the service, who, together with his subordinates, develops norms for the storage and operation of BTU-owned equipment, placement of equipment in accordance with the requirements of normative documents and operating instructions and control of compliance with operating conditions; Accounting-planning and control over the quality and timely performance of maintenance, repair and preventive works. The service is also responsible for safety control within its competence (condition of firefighting equipment, video surveillance equipment, exits and spare exits, etc.) and procurement of spare materials necessary for the repair of infrastructure and equipment in accordance with the procurement procedure established in BTU.
