The joint initiative of UN Women and BTU for civil society representatives has been completed.
From June 30 to July 4, Business and Technology University (BTU) hosted a five-day intensive training program, implemented with the support of UN Women and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation.
The training was attended by 23 selected representatives of civil society from across Georgia. They received upskilling in artificial intelligence and data-driven decision-making. The initiative focused on the use of AI in strategic planning, project writing, digital communication, and the development of innovative services.
Alongside acquiring theoretical knowledge, participants developed practical skills in applying artificial intelligence to real work processes through group exercises.
The project contributed to strengthening the digital competencies of civil society representatives, enhancing technological engagement, and fostering professional networks — significantly advancing gender equality and the process of inclusive digital transformation.
