Elene Tskhvariashvili – Doctor of Public Administration, Assistant Professor at Business and Technology University.
Elene has participated in various trainings in Georgia and abroad. Her authorship has published scientific publications in Georgian and foreign academic journals.
She has received awards and scholarships for successful studies and academic performance. She studied on a one-year exchange program in Montpellier, France (L’université Paul-Valéry-Montpellier III).

Elene speaks French, English and Russian.
