Luka Mgeladze, assistant professor of Business and Technology University , received a master’s degree in international relations and European integration at the Diplomatic School of Estonia. He is a participant of a number of international and local training courses and training programs organized for the development of professional competence in the direction of cyber security, security, conflict analysis and management. At various times, he worked at the Regional Cyber Defense Center, the Ministry of Defense of Georgia, and the National Probation Agency. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Regional Cyber Defense Center. He has participated in a number of industry conferences. He co-authored the 2021-2022 National Cyber Security Strategy of Georgia.
