Kruti – Casting online, this is a new method of candidate selection and recruitment, which will create practical value for both the candidate and the employer. The user uploads a video or voice recording (voiceover) of himself/herself to introduce himself/herself, in case of wishing to be employed as a voice actor. The employer will select the desired candidate by filtering based on age, gender and interests according to the need.
