New Partnership between Business and Technology University, GITA and “Georgian Business Angels Association”.

The Business and Technology University, Georgia’s Innovations and Technology Agency and “Georgian Business Angels Association” are starting partnership that aims to make technological education popular in Georgia, increase its accessibility and support the commercialization of innovative business ideas. The project will stimulate the implementation of the innovative projects that will support creation of new jobs in the country.

With the participation of Georgia’s Innovations and Technology Agency and “Georgian Business Angels Association”, on the base of the Business and Technology University, pre-accelerator program will be developed. This program will support interested persons to implement and get financing for start-up projects.

The “Georgian Business Angels Association” is on early development stage in Georgia, but its network is well developed in many European countries and the USA. The main purpose of the association’s activities is to connect innovative startups with angel networks and to find links in other countries.

Pre-accelerator of “Georgian Business Angels Association”, Georgia’s Innovations and Technology Agency and Business and Technology University will start working in nearest future. Electronic registration for participants will open in mid-April on university’s Electronic Portal.
