Business Administration (Management)

The Management bachelor’s program includes a systematic study of business fundamentals, strategic management, human resource management, and organizational behavior. Special emphasis is placed on practical skills: students work on real business cases and learn project management and leadership.

The program is built within a modern, AI-integrated learning environment: data analysis, business process automation, and decision-making are taught through the practical use of artificial intelligence tools (including generative AI). BTU students have the opportunity to take advantage of double-degree programs with European partner universities, as well as internships at leading Georgian and international companies, which helps them gain professional experience and expand their international career opportunities.
