PMCG’s presentation on calculation of shipment costs of Georgian Railways
PMCG – Policy and Management Consulting Group is conducting a presentation of their latest insights on the calculation of Georgian railway shipment costs based on tentative figures. The research is entitled “Determining the Prime Cost of Railway Transportation and Identifying Variable Components.”
The primary goal of the research is to equip transportation policymakers with a systematic process for estimating prime costs of railway transportation and foster informed analysis, as well as facilitate effective decision-making within the industry.
The findings are being presented by an author of the study, Dr. Davit Gondauri an associate researcher at PMC Research and Professor at Business and Technology University. The study was peer-reviewed by Zviad Chkhartishvili, Commercial Relations Officer at APM Terminals Poti.
