Nino Tavberidze
Nino Tavberidze is a Master of Public Administration and Political Sciences. She is currently studying at the Doctoral program “Digital Governance and Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector” at the University of Business and Technology.
Her research topic is “AI transformation of human resource management processes in the public sector”. Nino Tavberidze works on the following issues: the impact of digital governance on the implementation of AI technologies in human resources management processes and data privacy and security challenges in the AI-powered ARM.
From 2018 to the present day, Nino Tavberidze is employed as the manager of human resources and organizational development of MTA LLC of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development.
