Academy of lecturers
One of the challenges that all universities face is the shortage of qualified lecturers. To address this issue, BTU plans to establish an academy where aspiring and motivated lecturers will undergo intensive training to join our academic team.
The Academy of Lecturers is a new initiative aimed at training aspiring lecturers to meet the requirements and expectations of university-level education. Within the Academy, trainees will learn about various topics including syllabus design, teaching and assessment methods, and professional development.
Mentoring in the academy will be conducted by experienced professors who will share their expertise with the trainees, along with professionals in the field of education. Upon completion of the academy, new lecturers will possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and practical competence to deliver high-quality university education to students.
