Gvantsa Tsulaia
Gvantsa Tsulaia holds a PhD in Computer Science and is an Affiliated Professor at Business and Technology University (BTU). She is a Microsoft Certified Specialist and a Certified Trainer.
Since 2008, she has been actively involved in academic activities at various leading universities and professional institutions. She has completed numerous qualification-enhancing trainings and courses, including those focused on scientific management and modern university teaching principles. Additionally, she has extensive experience supervising bachelor’s and master’s theses. She consistently participates in international educational and research projects, facilitating international collaboration and student support activities.
Gvantsa Tsulaia’s primary research interests include fuzzy multi-attribute and multi-criteria decision-making methods, OWA-type aggregation operators, software engineering, information systems management, artificial intelligence, and women’s empowerment in technology. She is the author/co-author of up to 12 scientific publications and has participated as a speaker or presenter at approximately ten local and international conferences.
Gvantsa Tsulaia has worked as a software developer since 2006, accumulating extensive experience in both private and public sectors. Currently, she is employed as a Senior Software Developer at the Information Technology Department of the Cyber Security Bureau, LEPL of the Ministry of Defense of Georgia, where she leads a team of .NET developers.
