Digital literacy, Robotix, fun astronomy, entrepreneurship, safe internet, methods of communication
with children in a stressful environment, cyber security, digital marketing, drawing, creation of illustrations and miniature books, and presentation of books. This is an incomplete list of BTU library’s activities and trainings for children and families.

The internet is an integral part of the modern world. It gives us limitless opportunities to get an education, acquire new skills, and easily find the necessary information. Along with opportunities, using the internet contains many risks, knowledge of which is necessary for safety – trainings are actively conducted for different target groups around these issues.

Robotics – a fun introduction to programming for children, which helps them in their future career development, problem-solving, creative thinking, and technological solutions.

Innovations and startups – the program aims to raise awareness about innovations and startups,
encourage entrepreneurship, promote the development of the startup ecosystem and introduce children to different opportunities in this regard.

Astronomy for children – Science is diverse. Some of its branches explore a relatively narrow circle of events and are of interest to a small number of people, while others attract everyone without exception. Out of the latter, astronomy is the main. the purpose of the trainings is to inform children about what astronomy is, what we need it for, and how it affects our lives.

Cyberhygiene – the purpose of the seminars is to raise awareness of young people in the direction of cyberethics. This issue is very relevant in Georgia today, because the awareness of the need to protect personal data in the Internet space and the need for this is generally very low. in a series of master classes.
