BTU’s annual accelerator starts registering startups
BTU’s Center Of Entrepreneurship is launching an annual 3-month acceleration program for early-stage startups.
The startup accelerator prize fund is 5000 GEL and the accelerator program is developed in partnership with MIT.
The program is implemented with the support of Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency and and anyone can participate in it.

Participating startups in the program will have the opportunity to get the basic knowledge needed for startup development and share experience from leading Georgian and foreign experts in the field. Startups will be mentored by the founders of successful Georgian startups and they will be helped to scale up in the shortest possible time. The winning startup will participate in the annual event of the Global Startup Fund and meet angel investors from America, Israel and Europe.
The program will start in March 2024, its duration is 3 months and will cover topics such as market analysis, Kanva business model, go-to-market / sales and marketing, pitch training, preparation for global growth, fundraising and more.
At the end of the acceleration, a demo day will be held, where the participants will present their startup.

February 1 — call announcement (1-month registration period)
March 1-8 — selection of startups
March 11-15 — communication with startups and trainers
March 19-May 15 — implementation of the acceleration program
The end of May — the finals of the student startups grant competition
