Within the framework of the “Junior Tech” project, more than 60 teenagers were trained in technology with full funding

• Socially vulnerable
• Disabled
• Under state care
• Involved in diversion and mediation programs

The 8-month training program aimed to enhance the digital skills of these young people. It included modules on digital literacy, cybersecurity, tech English, graphic design, and a career bootcamp. The curriculum employed modern teaching methods and competency-based principles. Upon completion of the training, participants engaged in a career bootcamp and met with private sector representatives to gain practical knowledge and experience.

This program will assist beneficiary teenagers in reaching their full potential by utilizing their newly acquired digital and career readiness skills.

Project partners include: Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency, TBC, Tegeta Motors, Med Diagnostics, Carrefour, Adjara Group, Georgian Farmers Association, Phubber, B2C, Quantor Georgia, Liberty Bank, Exadel Georgia, Lineate Georgia, Quick, WPC Dinamo Tbilisi, Physical Culture, Ketevan Micheladze Foundation, LAB Technologies, Girteka, HT Solutions, CityPay.io, Porsche Center Tbilisi, Auto Gallery, Toyota Center Batumi, Toyota Center Tegeta, Mazda Center Tegeta, Volvo Car Georgia, Europcar Georgia, and NIU E-Scooters.

The Junior Tech project is planned to continue, with the support of new partners, in other cities and districts starting in 2025.
