Tsotne Zghenti
Tsotne Zghenti is a Doctor of Economics, affiliated associate professor of the University of Business and Technology. For years, he has been actively engaged in pedagogical and practical activities (both in the direction of scientific research and business research). He is a member of the scientific committee of the European Marketing and Management Association (EUMMAS) and the head of the organizing committee of the European Institute for Research and Development (EIRD).
Tsotne Zghenti has been engaged in active scientific and research activities for years. His main research areas are: macroeconomics, digital transformation of the economy and sustainable development. He is a participant and researcher of international and local scientific grant projects.
Tsotne Zhghenti is supervising a doctoral student at BTU Business Administration Doctoral Program within the framework of the following research topic: “Relationship of Responsible Business Behavior with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Georgia (Sectoral Analysis)”.
Important activities of Tsotne Zghenti’s scientific and international activities for the purposes of BTU business administration doctoral program are: publication of scientific publications in international journals, participation in up to 20 international conferences as a speaker and member of the scientific committee, reviewing publications published in international journals.

- Short-term visits to partner European universities (University of Tuš (Italy), Ljubljana Business School (Slovenia), University of Rzeszów (Poland)) within the framework of Erasmus+ international credit-mobility programs to initiate joint projects, research, initiatives;
- Academic coordination of the ROLA – Research Oriented Learning Analysis project of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in order to promote joint research;
- Short-term visits to the partner European university – Stockholm Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) within the framework of the Erasmus+ Institutional Development “Strengthening the Role of Georgian and Ukrainian Universities in Industrial Transformation through Industrial Paradigm 4.0” (HEIn4) project for the purpose of initiating joint projects, researches, initiatives.
