Tamila Kepuladze
Tamila Kepuladze holds a Doctorate in Economics and a PhD in Economics and Management. She is a Professor at the Business and Technology University, an Academician of the Georgian Academy of Business Sciences, a member of the Georgian Association of Scientist-Economists, a member of the International Joseph Alois Schumpeter Society (Germany), and an associate member of the international research group “Cooperative Research Group” (Czech Republic).
For many years, Tamila Kepuladze has been actively engaged in teaching and scientific research in the field of economics.
Her major scientific and international activities include:

Publication of more than 120 works in international and local scientific journals (including journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science) and participation in more than 60 international and local conferences.

Invitation within the framework of the Erasmus Mundus exchange program to Friedrich Schiller University (Jena, Germany) to study the work of the Economic Experiments Laboratory and the functioning of the German labor market.

Invitations under the Erasmus+ exchange program to the University of Minho (Portugal) and Aristotle University (Greece) to deliver lectures on corporate culture and gender aspects of the labor market.

Participation in international grant projects and conducting research in Georgia and abroad with the support of international scientific foundations.

Serving at various times as an editorial board member or reviewer of journals such as the Bulletin of the Georgian Academy of Business Sciences, Economist, Equilibrium – Quarterly Journal of Economics and Economic Policy (Poland), Oeconomia Copernicana (Poland), Black Sea Scientific Journal of Academic Research, The Baltic Scientific Journals, Piretc, Proceedings of the International Research Education & Training Centre, Comprehensive Research Journal of Education and General Studies (CRJEGS) (USA), and others; as well as invited Editor-in-Chief of the journal Labor Market: The Actual Problems of Theory and Practice (USA).

Between 2010 and 2024, serving as the head of the Doctoral Program in Economics. She has supervised four successfully defended dissertations (all with highest evaluation) and one dissertation at the pre-defense stage.
Currently, Tamila Kepuladze supervises a doctoral candidate whose research topic is “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Employment in Georgia’s Healthcare System.”
