Dali Bagration-Gruzinski is Assistant Professor at Business and Technology University. She holds a Master of Law in Civil Law and has professional experience in managerial, legal, and educational fields.

At different times, she worked as an Executive Director, Operations Director, and Administrative Manager. She also served as a member of the Georgian Bar Association committees for relations with international organizations, sport, and culture.

Dali is a member of the Georgian Bar Association with general specialization in civil, administrative, and criminal law, as well as in juvenile justice. She is a certified youth mentor under Erasmus+ and a member of the IE University Global Academy for Counselors.

She has participated in educational, publishing, and cultural projects, including initiatives supported by the U.S. Embassy in Georgia and Tbilisi City Hall.

Dali speaks English and Russian.
