Ushangi Chirgadze, Assistant Professor at the Business and Technology University, holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology. In addition to his teaching experience, he has worked as a practicing psychologist, trainer, and tutor in various organizations. He has completed numerous training courses and seminars in the field of psychology.

He has participated in the Learning Mobility Project *“Mobility of Youth Workers”* under the Erasmus+ program, as well as other winning international projects.

Ushangi is proficient in English and Russian.
