Lia Nozadze holds an academic degree as a Certified Specialist in Psychotherapy.

She serves as an Assistant Professor at the Business and Technology University. She has many years of experience working both in higher educational institutions and in senior managerial positions within the business sector.

The business case she co-authored with Prof. Zoltan Buzady, “Teaching Farmers to Hunt,” won first place at the CEEMAN 17th International Case Competition. The case is actively used for simulation-based learning in business schools.

Lia is proficient in English and Russian.
