Registration of startups for BTU’s annual pre-acceleration program has begun
BTU’s Entrepreneurship Center is launching an intensive pre-acceleration program for early-stage startups. A specially invited jury from among the startups participating in the program will identify some of the best based on the scores. A prize fund of 15,000 GEL has been established for them.
The program will be implemented in three stages, and a demo day and awarding of the best startups are planned for the last ETP.
The pre-acceleration program is developed in partnership with MIT. The main partner and sponsor of the pre-accelerator is the “Startuper” program of “TBS”. Another sponsor of the pre-accelerator is the company “Tether” (Tether Operations Limited).
The startups participating in the program will have the opportunity to gain the basic knowledge and experience needed for the development of the startup from leading Georgian and foreign experts in the field. Startups will be mentored by the founders of successful Georgian startups, and they will be helped to scale up in the shortest possible time.
It is important that the selected best startups will participate in the annual event of the Global Startup Fund and meet angel investors from Israel.
The pre-acceleration program will start in March 2024 and will last for about 3 months. The program covers topics such as market analysis, go-to-market/sales and marketing, pitch training, preparing for global growth, fundraising, and more.
At the end of the acceleration, a demo day will be held, where the participants will present their startup.
Anyone, including BTU students, can participate in the program. Interested individuals can register at the provided link.
