The Business and Technology University (BTU), in partnership with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, and private-sector partners, implemented the Junior Tech project. Within the program, 81 beneficiaries aged 15–21 from vulnerable groups in Tbilisi and Batumi completed nine months of training in digital literacy, technical English, graphic design, social media marketing, and career readiness. At the final stage of the program, participants attended a career bootcamp and meetings with private-sector representatives to explore internship and employment opportunities.

The UPSHIFT Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program, implemented through a partnership between the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the Business and Technology University (BTU), supports young people in identifying local challenges and developing innovative, practical solutions tailored to community needs. The program combines training, mentoring, and project development in social innovation, entrepreneurship, and children’s rights, while strengthening participants’ life, leadership, and employability skills.

The Georgian Tech Olympiad Hub, established at the initiative of the Business and Technology University (BTU) with the general support of TBC, brings together the country’s technology olympiad ecosystem within a unified platform. The Hub organizes school olympiads in informatics and artificial intelligence, coordinates the selection and preparation of national teams, and supports their participation in international competitions. The initiative helps identify talented young people, develop their algorithmic and technological skills, expand access to international experience, and strengthen Georgia’s STEM potential.

AI4Globe provides children, young people, parents, and teachers with educational resources and training programs on artificial intelligence, digital literacy, cyber hygiene, and the ethical use of technology. The initiative brings together animations, comics, videos, online workshops, AI bootcamps, ideathons, and technology camps. Its programs support the development of foundational AI knowledge, safe behavior in digital environments, personal data protection, and the responsible use of technology.

As part of the joint initiative of BTU AI4Globe and Coca-Cola for Education, educational multimedia materials in Georgian and English were created for children and young people, covering modern technologies, cyber hygiene, artificial intelligence, and other relevant topics. The materials will be shared with hundreds of thousands of children and young people in Georgia and worldwide.

The Business and Technology University (BTU) delivered a fully funded Swift programming course for school students at the iOS Lab established with the support of USAID’s Economic Security Program. During the three-month program, participants studied the fundamentals of iOS development, the Swift programming language, and application development for the Apple ecosystem, while also preparing for international certification.

The Business and Technology University (BTU) delivered a fully funded coding program for students of Komarovi School at the iOS Lab established with the support of USAID’s Economic Security Program. Through interactive assignments, puzzles, and practical exercises, participants learned the fundamentals of iOS development and Apple’s Swift programming language.

The Business and Technology University (BTU) delivered a four-day online training program on innovation and startups for students in grades 7–12. The course aimed to raise awareness of innovation and startups, encourage entrepreneurship, support the development of the startup ecosystem, and introduce participants to opportunities available in the field.

The international initiative iamtheCODE, represented in Georgia by the Business and Technology University (BTU), provides women, young people, and children with access to technology education. The platform offers more than 60,000 fully funded courses in 18 languages, covering programming, artificial intelligence, and other technology-related fields. In Georgia, 2,897 beneficiaries have participated in the initiative.
