Mentor registration for the third cohort has opened under the “Women’s Mentorship in Tech Programs” project!
The project is implemented with the support and funding of the European Union and with the involvement of the leading Lithuanian women’s empowerment organization, Women Go Tech.
Within the initiative, women’s empowerment and development in the technology sector is planned across Georgia. The project includes the development of new courses tailored to industry needs, the implementation of intensive 5-month learning/training and mentorship programs, and partnerships with interested public and private organizations to create more employment opportunities in the rapidly growing technology fields and to eliminate gender inequality.
As part of the project, the mentor will support the beneficiary by sharing information, advice, and experience. The mentor will also help the beneficiary recognize their potential and overcome challenges.
