Tamar Kanashvili

Tamar Kanashvili holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and is an affiliated Associate Professor at the Business and Technology University. She has over 15 years of academic and practical experience in the fields of business and management.

Tamar is the founder and head of the Trainers’ Association and the Trainers’ Academy. She is a business consultant and Soft Skills trainer with extensive local and international experience. In her professional activities, Tamar actively works in the areas of leadership, communication, and organizational development.

She is a public speaking champion in Poland and has published more than ten local and international scientific articles. She has completed over 300 training programs and conducted more than 1,000 training sessions both in Georgia and abroad.
