Nona Qarquzashvili
Nona Karkuzashvili holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and serves as a Professor at the Business and Technology University. She has over twenty years of professional experience, the majority of which has been spent working in managerial and consulting companies in various roles.
She has implemented dozens of organizational development projects, covering topics such as strategic planning, organizational structure design, motivation system development, and business process optimization.
Professor Karkuzashvili is actively involved in academia and is the author of several research articles published in high-ranking international scientific journals. Her scientific profile is available on ResearchGate.
