Lela Matchavariani

Lela Matchavariani holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She is an Affiliated Assistant Professor at the Business and Technology University (BTU) and delivers lectures on “Business Data Processing Using Excel.”

Her professional activity is related to the tourism industry — she works in the Financial Operations Department, where she is responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and operational processes for the Indonesia and Turkey divisions. She also has extensive experience in senior management positions within the construction, entrepreneurship, and education sectors.

Alongside her teaching and professional work, she is actively involved in scientific and research activities. Her main research areas include the integration of artificial intelligence into educational processes and the comparative analysis of financial operations in the tourism sector. Her research has been published in international scientific journals, including the Journal of Eastern European and Central Asian Research (JEECAR) and others.

In 2021 and 2023, she was recognized by EUMMAS as an Associate Professional in Management. She also has experience in training and consultancy activities, particularly in the digital transformation of company data and operational processes.
